Colorwave Choker

As a digital designer, geometric shapes and color contrasts are part of my everyday (work) life. This necklace is my attempt to translate the possibilities of digital design into the analog world of jewelry.

The Colorwave Choker breaks the familiar smooth curve of a classic necklace. Instead, it consists of bent stainless steel wire elements that seem to defy gravity. Small acrylic beads in light pink and wine red are threaded in alternating order, creating an asymmetrical look.

At the center sits a freshwater pearl in a star shape, adding a soft, almost dreamy touch to the geometric design.

The slightly different kind of necklace. :)
